Emissions settlement in Canada concerning Volkswagen vehicles with the 2.0-Liter TDI engine

A Canada-wide emissions settlement has been concluded in favor of numerous customers owning or leasing a Volkswagen vehicle equipped with the 2.0-liter TDI engine.

If you have been owning or leasing a Volkswagen vehicle powered by the 2.0-liter TDI motor on September 18, 2015 or are still an owner of such a vehicle, this settlement could impact your rights.

This nation-wide settlement must be approved by Quebec and Ontario courts before taking effect.
